Advanced Collection Services

Here's how it works …

Advanced Collection Services provides the impact to collect as many accounts for you as possible without paying our contingency fee during the first 28 days the account is referred to us for collection.

Statewide Collection Bureau will contact the debtor by mail telling the debtor to immediately pay or contact your office. We remind the the debtor the account is past due and advise that if the account is not paid, we will begin collection activity including referral to our attorney and reporting the debt on the debtor's credit report.

Two letters are sent 14 days apart. After 28 days we will contact you to confirm the debtor has paid. If the debtor has paid, you retain all of the money collected and only pay our Advanced Collection Services cost. If the debtor has not paid or made satisfactory arrangements with your office, we will begin our collection activity and our normal contingency fee will be due when the account is paid.

The cost for this service is just $12.95 per account. Discounts are available for large volume and frequent users. To discuss setting up your Advanced Collection Services account call us at 800.797.5556 or 530.343.3792.
